Mixing It Up: Sydney's Freshest Concrete Creation
As the sub-contractor responsible for managing the electrical delivery, Spitzer Engineering spearheaded the installation of Sydney’s newest concrete plant while overseeing the partial electrical decommissioning of the old Rosehill facility.
With the government’s ongoing infrastructure projects necessitating the retirement of the old Rosehill plant, Spitzer Engineering was enlisted to facilitate the transition to the new site situated on Grand Avenue, Camellia. Our team successfully installed, energized, tested, and commissioned one main switchboard, two motor control centers, two distribution boards, and managed the termination of the kiosk pad-mounted transformer, among other tasks.
In parallel with the main plant’s delivery, Spitzer Engineering also supervised the construction of a new multi-use facility. This impressive space features two levels of office space, meeting/conference rooms, and driver amenities.
Throughout the entirety of the six-month project, safety remained paramount, with meticulous attention to detail ensuring long-term satisfaction with our work. Recognizing the unpredictable weather conditions in Camellia, our approach involved modular delegation and completion to mitigate potential disruptions.
Looking ahead, we have planned further maintenance and will continue regular inspections to uphold the standards of excellence set during this project.
